Did I Condition Myself for Stress?

We go in-depth on the conditioned stress response, and how we condition ourselves and talk about re-wiring and un-conditioning. When we think of stress we assume fight/flight/freeze but what happens before that? Classical and Operant conditioning occurs, we associate a neutral stimulus with an unconditioned stimulus to create a fear response.
